8,000 Hour Service
Every 8,000 hours the machine should be removed, brought in
for inspection and the following maintenance procedures should
be carried out;

Reel disc rake surfaces require cleaning with gauze and alcohol.
Torque and back tension will also require checking and adjustment.

OR £100.00 + VAT on all 48+ hour machines
10,000 Hour Service
Our 10,000 hour preventative maintenance service includes
all procedures listed in our 8,000 hour service, and includes
the upper head drum assembly.Cost for 10,000 hour service: price of 8,000 hour service (£79.00 or £100.00) plus cost or replacement heads (+VAT)
